Paying By Debit / Credit Card

If you choose to pay by credit card you will be sent to our secure payment form where you are able to enter your card details. Once you have submitted your details we will request payment authorisation from your bank and then release payment once this is obtained.

Paying By PayPal

If you choose to pay by PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete your transaction. Once you have submitted your PayPal details, Payment will be released after authorisation has been given.

Vanson Guitars does not store any of your personal financial details. All of our transactions are handled by third party, secure payment gateways

DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK

We are pleased to offer our customers free Standard Tracked 48 Delivery on all UK orders. Please note our free standard delivery is the 2-3 working day Royal Mail service.

Orders received before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Any orders placed after this time will not be processed until the following working day. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday.

For the avoidance of doubt, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as ‘working days’ and will therefore not be counted within our advertised delivery times. 

If you need your item(s) sooner, we also offer the following shipping options for an additional fee.
